tially a matter of importation, as is clearly demonstrated by the disparity between the few Etruscan objects discovered in other countries and the enormous quantity of foreign goods that reached Etruria. The main exports of the Etruscans were raw metals
(copper, lead, and iron), extracted in large quantities from the northern mines and from upper Latium. \par
